A bunch of kids grabbed their moms and dragged them down to the Fair Haven Dock to see the "unbelievable" sight -- the full
moon on a slight wane.
"You've gotta see this," one said, calling to others and his mom. "It's a big harvest moon."
And there it was -- over the river. Some moments growing up by the river never change, no matter how many generations are spanned.
