Michael Pane is an attorney with Ansell, Grimm & Aaron, P.C. in Ocean Township, New Jersey.  He is the author of Local Government Law, 4th Edition, published in Thomson West's New Jersey Practice series.  Mr. Pane focuses his practice in the areas of commercial transactions and real estate, financing of land acquisition and construction, leasing, approvals for development, litigation relating to land use and local government matters, as well as international adoption.  He is also the Former Vice Chairman of the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority.

Mr. Pane has a law degree from the Univerity of Miami, and a Masters of Law in International Business Practice from the University of the Pacific.
