Donations Accepted Locally for Sea Bright, R-FH Victims

Send checks to Foundation of Fair Haven or drop off cash at the Rumson-Fair Haven Bank

A local bank and a community organization are collecting donations to aid displaced Sea Bright storm victims as well as Rumson and Fair Haven folks in need. The Rumson-Fair Haven Bank will be collecting cash donations Monday that will be distributed to Sea Bright residents while they vote Tuesday at the Fair Haven Firehouse on River Road, said Councilwoman Susan Sorensen. Those who cannot get to the bank, or who would prefer to donate by check can send their contribution to the Foundation of Fair Haven, which will distribute it to local charities, Sorensen said.
