Silver Alert Issued for Man with Alzheimers
NJ State Police say the 74 year old disoriented man is driving a black Ford Focus.
NJ State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 74-year-old man from the Leonardo section of Middletown who suffers from Alzheimers. He is 6 feet tall, 150 pounds with blue eyes and grey hair. He is wearing jeans, a dark blue jacket, brown shoes and flannel shirt and is driving a black Ford Focus with license plate P26-APL. He was last seen at 25 Leonard St., Leonardo. Anyone who sees a man fitting that description is asked to call 9-1-1.
