FH Man Charged: Cocaine Possession

Fair Haven police have arrested a borough man on charges of cocaine possession. Jordan A. Harris, 23, of 34 Browns Lane, Fair Haven, was arrested on Sept. 13, by Patrolman Dwayne Reevey, and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine) following a motor vehicle stop in Fair Haven. According to the arrest warrant, Harris was a passenger in the car that was stopped and the "white powdery substance believed to be cocaine" was found in the vehcile in plain view. The charge, the complaint warrant specifies, implies that Harris allegedly "knowingly or purposely obtain(ed) or possess(ed)" what was believed to be the controlled dangerous substance.
