A Sea Bright man has been indicted on charges stemming from alleged 2009 incidents of aggravated sexual assault on a child in Asbury Park. Eric Lang, 56, with a post office box address in Sea Bright, has been charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault and second degree endangering the welfare of a child after authorities investigated and allege that sometime between Jan. 17 and May 9, 2009, Lang committed the act, or acts, of sexual penetration on a victim under the age of 13, according to the indictment signed by Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni.
