Resident charged with DUI in Tuesday evening crash
A man has been charged with driving under the influence after police said he drove into a home on Branch Avenue in neighboring Red Bank. Capt. Darren McConnell said borough police responded to a crash at 7:51 p.m. Tuesday at Spring Street and Ambassador Drive. There were no injuries, McDonnell said. Upon further investigation officers determined Schwarz had been driving under the influence, and he was charged accordingly, McDonnell said.
