Fair Haven's Distinctive Toys has begun a toy drive to benefit area children affected by Sandy for the holidays. Store owner Margaret Spicer has released the following message: You can make a difference this holiday season in the lives of children from surrounding towns that have been displaced by Hurricane Sandy. Join Distinctive Toys, the Knights of Columbus, Life Guard Ecumenical Foundation (LGEF), and rebuildrecover.org as we create Sandy’s Toy Shoppe, a place where affected families can come and select age-appropriate toys for their children. Distinctive Toys is soliciting donations of toys from its vendors and we are asking for your support as well. From Nov. 18 through Dec. 24, all donations made via PayPal on the LGEF Web site …
