Rumson Man Among 25 Arrested in Child Porn Sting

Christopher Brondi faces charges, as does a Red Bank man.

A Rumson man is accused of possession and distribution of child pornography, Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa announced Wednesday. Christopher Brondi, 57, was among 25 people arrested as part of an operation aimed at child pornography, including child rape videos. The list of the accused included two other Monmouth men: Manuel Sanchez-Olivarez, 37, of Red Bank and Steven Anan, 52, of Neptune City. Dozens of law enforcement agencies and more than 50 officers took part in the effort, dubbed Operation Ever Vigilant. The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the West Long Branch Police Department contributed to the effort, according to a press release issued by the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General (OAG). I understand, fully. "Innocent, until proven guilty," is the basis of our justice system; but it is often compromised, unfortunately. On the flip side, the women are perfectly justified in their above statements and Pamela's was generic - not making mention of any specific names!   more ›
