RFH Boys LAX Breaks Record with Win

This is the third Shore Conference Title garnered by the team

The third time was definitely a charm for Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School's Boys Lacrosse, as the team broke a record by earning its third Shore Conference Title (SCT) in a row.

The team won its final SCT game at Monmouth University today against Manahawkin's Southern Regional with a 14-5 score, parents told Patch.

The guys started out strong and kept it going throughout, never losing their edge.

Right at the onset, in the first quarter, they led, 4-0. By the end of the first half, the team had scored 11 to Southern's 3. And at the end of the third, the score was 14-3. They ended with the 14-5 win.

A special thanks to Fair Haven Mayor Ben Lucarelli and other parents kept Patch updated and sent some photos. If you have any you'd like to add, please upload them directly to the story or send them to elaine.develde@patch.com.
