Fun and Playing Ball in Fair Haven

The start of the baseball/softball season was kicked off with an opening day parade, ceremony and fun and games

With more than 400 players and their families in attendance, the Fair Haven Baseball/Softball Opening Day Parade and Ceremony was held on Saturday at Fair Haven Fields. 

Boys and girls, from kindergarten to eighth grade ages, showed their readiness for the start of the season with signature annual festivities including rides, treats, carnival games, the Home Run Derby and live music by Jugghandle.

In addition to players, family and friends, officials and members of the police, fire and first aid departments were in attendance.
