Raise Awareness of the Health Hazard of UV Tanning and Different Alternatives

Safe Alternatives to Societies Desires

Tanning beds are now considered to be in the highest cancer risk category by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a World Health Organization agency. New Jersey has finally taken the critical step to protect our children and their futures thanks to The NJ State Senate whom have already passed legislation to ban the use of tanning salons by anyone under 18 years old.

Indoor ultraviolet (UV) tanners are 74% more likely to develop melanoma than those who have never tanned indoors.  For many, the obsession to have that golden bronze tan outweighs the dangers that they may encounter as the indoor tanning industry has an annual estimated revenue of $5 billion dollars. People will do what ever it takes to achieve that desirable tan but what they do not know is that there is an alternative way to achieve it without putting themselves at risk.

Over the past 30 years, campaigns and organizations raising awareness of skin cancer has resulted in fewer people using UV tanning beds. The knowledge that there are different alternative methods that can be used instead of the tanning beds have not been as promoted.

Showing people that there is 100% safe alternative to achieve the same results as tanning beds allows them to eliminate UV tanning The perfect alternative to dangerous ways of getting a gorgeous tan is to consider Airbrush Tanning, a safe, quick and precise technique that is customized to fit you skin type perfectly, providing you with a natural golden tan without damaging your skin with harmful chemicals, UV Rays or Tanning Beds. Showing people that there is 100% safe alternative to achieve the same results as tanning beds allows them to eliminate UV tanning and substitute it with Airbrush Tanning. The solution used is a unique substance composed of nontoxic chemicals, containing a colorless chemical called dihydroxyacetone (DHA) that interacts with the amino acids in dead skin cells to produce a brown color change. While indoor tanning uses tanning beds and tanning booths to create and maintain a tan, sunless tanning does the same thing without the need for exposure to ultraviolet light.
