The Cake Boss' Carlo's Bakery is coming to town — Red Bank's downtown. Today. Monday.
A branch of the bakery, which is the setting for TLC's Cake Boss show, will celebrate the grand opening of Carlo's 86 Broad St. Red Bank store at 4 p.m. with a ribbon cutting featuring Mayor Pat Menna, a Make-a-Wish special guest, Buddy Valastro and his family and more.
"… A few more finishing touches to go for our Grand Opening," a post on the Carlos Bakery Red Bank Facebook page said on Nov. 23. "Are you joining us on Monday?!"
