For arts' sake, parents and students of Performing Arts Society (PAS) gathered on the school's front lawn and conducted a major yard sale.
The event was deemed a success, with all net proceeds of $1,400 donated to the PAS to benefit the marching band and all other music and arts endeavors, PAS chair Lisa Reulbach said.
"The best selling items were brand-new work shoes, bicycles, instruments, sports equipment, electronics and household goods," she added. "We also sold lots of books and knick knacks ..."
There were moments to photograph during the day and The R-FH Marching Band caught many of them on camera.
