STORM UPDATES: Delayed Opening for Rumson, Fair Haven Schools Tuesday
Closures, cancellations and delays after snow blanketed the region on Monday.
Update, 9:39 p.m.: Fair Haven School District is operating on a delayed opening schedule on Tuesday. Sickles will open by 9:30 a.m., followed by Knollwood at 9:50 a.m.
Rumson schools will have a 90-minute delayed opening.
Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School will have a delayed opening on Tuesday, as well.

Update, 6:53 p.m.: The Fair Haven Fire Department requests that residents assist emergency personnel by clearing snow from around their fire hydrants.
Fair Haven residents in Zones 1 and 2 who did not have garbage picked up Monday will have it picked up on Thursday. Tuesday collection for Zones 3 and 4 is still on schedule.

Update, 12:45 p.m.: The Rumson Planning Board meeting scheduled for Monday night has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 10 at 7:30 p.m.
Overnight parking in Fair Haven has been suspended.

All Rumson and Fair Haven schools are closed Monday because of snow.
The region is expected to receive 4 to 6 inches.
