RFH Presents 'Jekyll & Hyde' the Musical

The Rumson-Fair Haven High School will put on three performances of 'Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical' on March 23, 24, and 25.

The will be transformed into a Broadway theatre this weekend.

The RFH drama club, the Tower Players, will put on three performances of ‘Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical’ this weekend. Described as an “evocative tale of the epic battle between good and evil,” the Tower Players will re-enact the class novella written by Robert Louis Stevenson.

Under the direction of Director Suzanne Sweeney and Vocal Director Vincent Mottern, the high school cast mastered the complex harmonies and choreography associated with the dark and dangerous Broadway musical. The scenery and tone keep the audience continuously on edge and in the moment by Bill Grillo, director of the Pit Orchestra along with Tech Crew advisor Dino Pagano and Carole Malik and her crew of student seamstresses and prop makers.

Beginning on Friday, March 23 the Tower Players will put on three performances. The March 23 and March 24 shows will be at 7:30 p.m. The final performance will be a matinee on Sunday, March 25 at 1 p.m.

Tickets cost $10 for adults and $6 for students and senior citizens. Tickets can be purchased an hour and half before each performance and on March 19 between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. and March 22 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Ticket forms can also be found at the Rumson and Fair Haven Public Libraries or can be downloaded fro the school website RFHRHS.org.
