The Fair Haven Education Foundation (FHEF) is raising funds without asking for funds through a FREE program that will pay the FHEF  for each gas meter and each electricity meter they sign up.   Come in with your electricity and gas bills to learn how you can save money over time & get a free cup of coffee at the Java Stop in Fair Haven, NJ
