Seven Bridges Road on Track to Reopen
Little Silver's mayor says the contractor is working weekends to meet the April 15 deadline.
Seven Bridges Road remains on schedule to reopen in April following a nine-month bridge repair project.
Robert C. Neff, Jr., Little Silver's mayor, posted Tuesday on Facebook that the county engineer confirmed that April 15 remained the target date for reopening the road to vehicle traffic.
There is the possibility of a one-week delay, wrote Neff, but "the contractor repairing the bridge on Seven Bridges Road is working weekends" to stay on schedule.

The county will wait for schools to close for the summer to repave all of Seven Bridges Road, which will include two days for milling and two days for paving, said Neff.
