A woman struck by a car Wednesday afternoon was airlifted to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, according to an NJ.com report.
The accident occurred at Bingham Avenue and Ridge Road at 12:30 p.m., the report said. Sources have said that the information in the NJ.com report on the location was incorrect. The accident was at River Road and Bingham.
Information on the woman's condition was not immediately available.
