Tour de Fair Haven Cyclist Dies From Injuries
Shrewsbury resident Cole Porter succumbed to his injuries, friends and family reported.
The Shrewsbury man injured in an accident at the Tour de Fair Haven last month died Wednesday night, friends and family members reported on the PorterHouse Support Group website.
Cole Porter was cycling in the race when he collided with a pedestrian. He was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Fair Haven Mayor Ben Lucarelli described Porter as "one of the sweetest, kindest, most humble people you'll ever meet and an incredible tri-athlete."
