Police Make Several Arrests on Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction Charges
The following information was obtained directly from police records. It does not indicate convictions.
Police next door in Red Bank arrested the following people recently on disorderly conduct and obstruction of the administration of the law charges:
• Jose Orzuna-Hernandez, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of S. Pearl Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Elezar Lopez-Perez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stan Balmer.
• Jorge Hernandes-Quintanill, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of S. Pearl Street and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of the law by Patrolman Stan Balmer.
• Mauricio Bedolla-Crespo, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Mark Scaliti, 45, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 2 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman David Hicks.
• Eulogio Chavez-Espana, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 3 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with obstructing the administration of the law by Patrolman Stan Balmer.
* Police also made two contempt of court arrests.
