Police Investigate Theft from Restaurant

Car keys nabbed

Police are investigating a recent incident of criminal mischief and thefts next door in Red Bank.

It was reported that someone smashed the rear window of a parked vehicle at 122 Riverside Avenue on Jan. 10. Lt. Michael Clay is investigating.

Someone also reported that while at a restaurant at 33 Broad Street, a raincoat with car keys in it was stolen on Jan. 11. Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.

And a large clay ashtray was reported missing on Jan. 15 from the front of the Cigar Shop on Wallace Street.
