Fugitive From Justice Nabbed on Drug Paraphernalia Charges
Lee Marchetti, 22, of Eatontown, was arrested on April 16 in the area of Leighton Avenue on charges of being a fugitive from justice on out-of-state battery charges, possession of hypodermic syringe and other drug paraphernalia by Patrolman James DePonte and Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
