FH Police Blotter: Bad Checks, Theft and Graffiti

Fair Haven Police Blotter for the month of November 2011.

According to a police blotter prepared by Detective Jesse Dykstra, the was busy busting people in contempt of court throughout the month of November among other crimes.

Below are the reported incidents from the Fair Haven Police Department Blotter unedited:

11/1/11 Ptl. Schneider arrested Katharine Fox, 66, Rumson, NJ for being in Contempt of Court. Ms. Fox was released after posting bail.

11/2/11 Subsequent to an investigation, Det. Dykstra charged Edward J. Zibro, 58, Cohoes, NY with passing a bad check to a Fair Haven business.

11/3/11 Cpl. Waltz took a report of graffiti on playground equipment in Sickles Park.

11/5/11 Ptl. Schneider arrested Tiffany N. Leachman, 25, Sea Bright, NJ for being in Contempt of Court. Ms. Leachman was released after posting bail.

11/6/11 Ptl. Patton took a report of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct on Pine Cove Rd. The victim reported multiple juveniles jumping on and throwing rocks at his vehicle.

11/7/11 Det. Dykstra charged Peter Faccas, 51, Hazlet, NJ with Theft by Deception from a Fair Haven business.

11/8/11 Ptl. Reevey arrested Martin H. Porter, 24, Long Branch, NJ for being in Contempt of Court. Mr. Porter was released after posting bail.

11/12/11 Ptl. Reevey took a report of burglary from a vehicle. Victim reported two debit cards taken from their vehicle while it was parked on Cambridge Ave. Det. Dykstra is investigating.

11/18/11 Ptl. Schneider arrested Justin C. Geraud, 29, Sea Bright, NJ for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Geraud was released pending a court date.

Ptl. Reevey arrested Megan K. Bornemann, 28, Waretown, NJ and charged her with Obstructing Administration of Law. Ms. Bornemann was transported to Monmouth County Correction Institute in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Ptl. Reevey charged Jonathan J. Holm, 31, Waretown, NJ with Resisting Arrest by fleeing from an officer. Bail set at $10,000.

11/27/11 A burglary was reported by a Parker Ave. resident. Det. Dykstra is investigating.

Det. Dykstra took a report of Criminal Mischief and Theft from a Poplar Ave. resident.

11/30/11 Acosha S. Storm, 31, Red Bank, NJ was charged with Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Reevey subsequent to an investigation.

 

A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
