You point out that these reports do not indicate convictions. Why not wait until there ARE convictions before you post? What happened to the notion of privacy? Are you that hard up for news that you have to publish what amounts to gossip?

Couldn't agree more. This site's sole purpose is to alienate individuals who may even prove to be innocent. The people running this website are a joke and horrible people at heart if all they want to do is see other people put down.

hmm...my comment prior to yours is missing so here it is again,,,Christine Gizzi Giaimo 6:30 pm on Thursday, August 16, 2012 I want to thank the previous poster for raising these questions since I have been wondering the same thing. There are some additional issues that arise for me. I know one prior news flash that was incorrect and also know that the charges against this individual were completely dismissed. Are you going to issue an apology and retraction in this forum and take the necessary steps to remove the false information from the Internet? Google attempts by future employers, schools and community members now include your irresponsible false reports creating a impression that is not based on correct information or truth. With the Internet new rules need apply to journalists and the old ones need to be certainly upheld. I can assure you that providing the names of people who forget a court date, contempt of court, for a minor traffic violation is not the direction a responsible community paper needs to be taken if said paper wants to be respected.
