FH Police Beat: DWIs, Burglaries & More

The following information was obtained directly from Fair Haven police records and provided by Detective Sgt. Jesse Dykstra. It does not indicate convictions.

reported the following incidents and arrests from June 2 to 16:

June 16

• Jordan Harris, 23, of Fair Haven, was arrested by Patrolman Hostrup on a warrant for being in contempt of court. Harris was released after posting bail.

• Robbie Camera, 29, of Piscataway, was arrested by Patrolman Lagrotteria and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana). Camera was released pending a court date.

• Joseph Cardenas, 27, of Piscataway, was arrested by Cpl. Waltz and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana). Cardenas was released pending a court date.

June 15

• Katie Peterson, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Hostrup on the charge of an outstanding contempt of court warrant. Peterson was released after posting bail.

June 14

• The alleged burglary of a Ridge Road residence was reported. Cpl. Jarvis and Special Officer Murray took the report. Detective Sgt. Jesse Dykstra is investigating.

• Rina Dimaio, 50, Lincroft, was arrested by Patrolman Lagrotteria and charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident. Dimaio was released pending a court date.

• A Buena Vista Avenue resident reported a motor vehicle burglary. Detective Sgt. Jesse Dykstra is investigating.

June 12

• A Hance Road resident reported an alleged theft of jewelry. Patrolman Lagrotteria took a report.

June 10

• Detective Sgt. Jesse Dykstra arrested Eric Thomas, 49, of Fair Haven, on the charge of a warrant for being in contempt of court. Thomas was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold, and was held in lieu of bail.

June 8

• A Hance Road resident reported that people were throwing items at pedestrians from a moving motor vehicle. Lt. McGovern took a report.

• Patrolman Dwayne Reevey took a report of criminal mischief to a mailbox on Hance Road.

• Patrolman Lagrotteria took a report of possible Identity theft from a Chestnut Street resident.

June 2

• A Linden Drive resident reported two stolen bicycles. Special Officer Murray took the report.
