FH Police Beat: DWI, Drugs, Vandalism

The following information was obtained directly from Fair Haven Police Department records; it does not indicate convictions.

reported the following arrests and activity in the past month:

Francis Luby, 19, of Rumson, was arrested on July 4 by Cpl. John Waltz and Patrolman Dwayne Reevey and charged with disorderly conduct.

Luby was released pending a court date.

On July 5, Patrolman Patton took a harassment report from a Fair Haven Road resident who reported receiving threatening text messages on her cell phone.

Darryl Canfield, 26, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on July 6 by Special Officer Albert, for allegedly being in contempt of court.

Canfield was released on bail.

On July 7, Special Officer Murray took a criminal mischief report from a Buttonwood Drive resident who reported that a bench was thrown into McCarter’s Pond.

Michael Peduto, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on July 9 by Patrolman Hostrup and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

Peduto was released pending a court date.

Luke Vinci, 19, of Rumson, was arrested, by Patrolman Dwayne Reevey, on July 11 for allegedly being in contempt of court. Vinci was released on bail.

On July 12, Cpl. Jeff Jarvis took a report of a bad check being issued to a River Road business.

On July 15, Patrolman Hostrup took a criminal mischief report from a Church Street resident reporting that sometime overnight a side mirror on his vehicle was damaged.

Andrea Ray, 37, of Holmdel, was arrested, by Patrolman Hostrup, on July 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of CDS (prescription medication), drug paraphernalia and various other motor vehicle offenses.

Ray was released pending a court date.

Patrolman Lagrotteria took a vandalism report on July 19 from a Second Street resident reporting that a side view mirror was broken on his vehicle.

Cpl. John Waltz arrested Keri-Ann Levio, 38, of Highlands, on July 18 for allegedly being in contempt of court.

Levio was released on bail.

Patrolman Hostrup arrested a 16-year-old male Fair Haven juvenile for being in possession of alcohol underage.

The juvenile was released to his parents.
