FH Man Arrested: Marijuana Possession, Dealing Charges

Middletown police reported the arrest yesterday of a Fair Haven man who was charged with marijuana and paraphernalia possession and alleged dealing.
William Hoffman, 28, of Gillespie Avenue, Fair Haven, was arrested on Sept. 24 by Patrolman Brady Carr, and charged with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute.
Hoffman was held on $27,500 bail, with a 10 percent option, set by Municipal Judge Richard Thompson.
