Arrests: Fair Haven, Sea Bright Residents on DWI, Marijuana Charges
The following information was obtained directly from Little Silver Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
The following Sea Bright and Fair Haven residents were arrested in Little Silver on marijuana possession and underage DWI charges:
• Edward McNally, 27, of Sea Bright, NJ, was arrested on March 16 following a motor vehicle stop on Rumson Road, Little Silver, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and active contempt of court warrants out of the Union Beach and Sea Bright Municipal Courts. Patrolman Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.
* Possession of under 50 grams of marijuana is a disorderly persons charge.

• Mariah Acker, 20, of Fair Haven, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Rumson Road, Little Silver, and charged with underage driving while intoxicated. Patrolman Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.
* There is no blood alcohol content limit for an underage DWI charge. Under the age of 21, any amount of alcohol consumed above a zero level constitutes the violation.
