A message for the football family:
The preparation begins, Bulldogs! It is time for the annual R-FH Touchdown (R-FH TD) Club raffle. As many of you are aware, the R-FH TD Club is a non-profit fundraising group that helps cover costs of football gear, expenses, and general needs outside the budgets of the high school and youth programs.
This year, Coach Fallon has a few things on the "need" list, including a complete game filming system that allows the coaches to review the games from three separate cameras set up around the field. As the boys know, you can't hide from the film!
There is a long list of other items with which the high school, youth and flag programs look to the R-FH TD Club for support.
The annual raffle is just the start of the football preparation and this summer we have plans for a wine and food get together in July for all football parents, the third annual family picnic to kick off the season in August as well as the third annual golf outing.
Please reach out to Sean Greeley, me or any Touchdown Club board member if you'd like to participate in any of the events. There will be more announcements coming.
With all that in mind, I'm reaching out to request your support on the 50/50 raffle to start the preparation for the season.
Raffle tickets are $20 each this year and I'd be glad to stop by or meet you at your convenience. The drawing is about two weeks away, so don't delay!
There are multiple email blasts going out so feel free to contact any of the TD Club Members for tickets (Burnett, Mentel, Nitto, J. Caruso, Greeley, Schultz, Mike Bruno, Villapiano, Murdock and Waters).
