Keith D. Smith, 41 of Rumson, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. Born in Red Bank, he was a lifelong resident of Rumson.
Keith was the manager of Val’s Tavern and Restaurant in Rumson.
He was predeceased by his brother, Christian E. Smith. Surviving are his son, Kyle R. Smith, his mother, Karen Smith, a brother, Eric Smith, a sister, Denise Smith, nephews, Matt, Bryan, Nick, A.J. and nieces, Amber, Abby, Hope and Meghan.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, May 12 from 6-8 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Avenue (on the corner of Third Avenue), Long Branch.
