Who is Bio-Balance Fitness & Performance?

Who is Bio-Balance? Although I might be the new kid on the block I can assure you that I have dedicated my life to fitness and nutrition. This is my 25th anniversary from the first day I stepped into my basement and picked up a weight at only 11 years old. My inspirations at the time were my older brother and cousin who were, and still are my role models for being, honest, hardworking, and respectful. They quickly showed me the ropes and designed me a program that I started on my own every day after school. I was always a disciplined and dedicated kid, but this was my passion, my calling.I am now the co-owner of Bio-Balance Fitness & Performance located at 113 East River Road in Rumson, NJ. Being the new kid on the block is never easy, so my goal is to clear up what we are all about especially our training methods and what you can expect to achieve at Bio-Balance. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer with the ISSA, a Certified High School Strength & Conditioning Coach through the International Youth Conditioning Association, A Certified Health & Physical Education Teacher in the State of NJ, and hold A Bachelor’s degree in Health and Nutrition. I take seriously my education and commitment to health and fitness and continue my education through workshops, seminars and all other forms of progressive learning.So to answer the question what is Bio-Balance Fitness & Performance all about? Quite simply we are about building strength and decreasing body fat, while incorporating a whole body approach to fitness. The idea is to achieve optimal strength & conditioning by incorporating the concept of balanced training. My goal is to develop your strength & cardiovascular fitness while also incorporating balance, flexibility, mobility, and stability based exercises so that you may achieve true bio-balance. Bio is the prefix for body and balance is defined as (a state of equilibrium or equipoise; equal distribution of weight, amount, etc.). There is another piece to the puzzle that I want to make very clear and that is mental balance as well. If we cannot truly have physical and mental equilibrium that we are essentially not in balance, something is misaligned. So at Bio-Balance we offer yoga to allow you to balance your physical strength & conditioning with mental clarity, reduction of stress, and improvement of the elasticity of the joints and muscles. If you diligently combine strength & conditioning with the practice of yoga you will be in perfect balance with your mind and body and achieve true total fitness at a much higher level.So to sum it all up I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of true balance both in mind and body, and I have the pleasure of helping so many more people get stronger mental and physically at Bio-Balance. I also want to express how much I care about each and every client that walks through the door at Bio-Balance. You will never be just a number here as you might in a gym where you walk in and swipe your card. When you join Bio-Balance we are a “family” who encourages and supports each other on our very personal journey to optimal mental and physical fitness. We are an innovative strength & conditioning fitness facility that essentially helps you get stronger and lose fat safely and effectively. We help people of all ages and can make a huge impact in the lives of anyone who wishes to take their mind and bodies to a higher level.
