Sunday was the first annual Rumson St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and what a parade it was!

It lasted for over 45 minutes in front of my office, and even longer at the reviewing stand. Tim McLoone was the Grand Marshall, and the parade included floats and marchers from numerous local groups.

There were four different groups of bagpipers including my favorite, the Pipes and Drums of the Atlantic Watch (from Red Bank).

Yes, it’s only the 10th of March and not the 17th, but Sunday was another day when everyone was Irish. If you were here you had a lot of fun, and if you missed it here are a few photos to give you a little flavor of what went on.
