Sixth Annual Women’s ‘Ladies Night Out’ to Showcase Spirit of Women at Monmouth Medical Center

Monmouth Medical Center will host its sixth annual “Ladies Night Out” health event on May 20 to showcase physician experts who will discuss today’s most vital women’s health issues and offer an overview of the latest technological advances.

Beginning at 5 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel, 700 Hope Road, Tinton Falls, the free event will feature a host of Monmouth Medical Center physician lectures, including “What’s New in Breast Health,” by breast surgeon Sumy Chang, M.D., “Vascular Surgery News,” by vascular surgeon and chairman of surgery Mark Hirko, M.D., “The Latest Options in Weight Loss Surgery,” by Frank Borao, M.D., director of minimally invasive and bariatric surgery, and Cardiology and Electrophysiology by cardiologist Delia Dobrescu M.D. Moderating the event and providing the welcome will be Robert Graebe M.D., chairman and program director of obstetrics and gynecology

Ladies Night Out includes a complimentary light dinner and beverages, giveaways and door prizes as well as Macy’s beauty mini makeovers, massages by Massage Envy and 107.1 The Breeze and Thunder 106.3 live on site.  The evening will feature a variety of health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, lung function, body composition and cardiac risk assessment as well as information on Monmouth Medical Center programs, including cardiac, cancer services, geriatrics, breast health, children’s services, sleep center and epilepsy program and Makoplasty Partial Knee and Total Hip Replacement. The Atlantic Club in Red Bank and Long Branch Marathon will also provide information on women’s fitness and injury prevention.
