PREPARATION FOR CHILDBIRTH

Tuesdays, September 24, October 1, 8, 15 & 22 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Held on Tuesday evenings, this course offers five sessions of childbirth education including lectures on relaxation and breathing techniques. This program will be held at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch. To register, call 732-923-6990. $125 per couple.
