Positive Intentions Workshop

Join us for a "Positive Intentions" Workshop for a brilliant 2013! We will work together to refocus, restore, and inspire our lives for the new year ahead.

We will be creating positive intentions, releasing old weight, and livening up our spirits to create and achieve the lives we desire.

As part of the workshop, we will be putting our wishes on paper and creating a sacred contract for ourselves through a creative outlet. Supplies will be provided - just bring your thinking caps and visions!

We will also be creating beautiful friendships in the process.

Bring a notebook, a pencil and water bottles.

Yummy and healthy eats will be provided :)
