HANDLING THE HOLIDAYS: FREE BEREAVEMENT WORKSHOP


Tuesday, November 13 at 7 p.m.


Presented by Barnabas Health Hospice and Palliative Care Centers, this group offers support for individuals suffering the loss of a loved one. Participants will learn about the nature of grief, identify coping strategies and develop concrete methods to manage the holiday season. This group will be held at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Ave. in Long Branch. To register, call 973-322-4817. Free.
