Kids' Activities at FH's Knollwood Friday

The school now has power

Knollwood School got its electricity back last night, and Fair Haven officials are taking an opportunity to use the facilities there for some childrens' post-storm respite.

Friday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., the Fair Haven Recreation Department will host a day of movies, arts and crafts and games in the school's all-purpose room for all Fair Haven youth, Mayor Ben Lucarelli said.

Volunteers are welcome.

"When Knollwood got power, we decided to put something together to provide a little post-storm relief and activity for the kids and parents," Lucarelli said. "It should be a nice day. Stop by."
