1. Breezy and Cool: According to the National Weather Service, today will be mostly sunny with a high near 60 degrees. It will be breezy with a west wind between 16 and 20 mph and gusts as high as 32 mph. Tonight will be mostly clear with a low around 48 degrees. There will be a west wind between 9 and 11 mph and gusts as high as 21 mph.

Shining Stars: The Rumson-Fair Haven Pop Warner cheerleading team brought home a second place trophy from their first competition ever in the program’s history. to read more about this accomplishment. Want to see what they've got? The team will give a hometown performance to show other Bulldog fans their routine . The team will do their routine during the pre-game show at the Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School Homecoming game tonight. The game starts at 7:00 p.m. but the girls will hit the turf around 6:45 p.m. Be sure not to miss these shining stars!

3. Sweep, Sweep, Sweep: This Saturday, October 22, more than 3,000 volunteers are expected to join in the 26th annual fall event at nearly 70 locations throughout the state. These volunteers hit the beaches and the waterways to remove thousands of pieces of debris from the sand, the riverfronts and even underwater at sites throughout New Jersey. 4. Costume Cocktail Party: There will be a Centennial Costume Party will be on Saturday, October 22 at the Knights of Columbus in Fair Haven. The theme is "Through the Century" and attendees are asked to come dressed as their favorite decade of the last century. Pre-sale tickets are $45 per person and include light fare and 2 drinks of wine or beer. Tickets are $50 at the door. Late4Lunch is the band that will be performing and there will also be a cash bar.
