1. Grab Your Umbrella: Today will be rainy with a high near 52 degrees and an east wind around 11 mph. Tonight the rain continues and some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. There will be a low around 50 degrees and an east wind between 10 and 16 mph.

2. Meet of Champions: The Lady Bulldogs of the  cross country program claimed the ultimate title in the high school running world and brought home a state championship. On Saturday, November 19, 2011, in Holmdel Park, New Jersey the RFH Girls cross country team finished in first place to win the NJSIAA Meet of Champions. Click to see photos and read about the race.
