1. Summer Showers: According to the National Weather Service, today will be Mostly cloudy with a high near 79 degrees. There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2:00p.m. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low around 68 degrees. The showers and thunderstorms will continue throughout the evening. 

2. Shooting Hoops: The 2nd annual Jay Dooley Memorial Foundation 3-on-3 basketball tournament took place at Holy Cross in Rumson this weekend. This year, over 60 teams of men, women and children competed in various age brackets to raise money for the foundation which is deeply committed to assisting children who may have a learning disability or suffer from depression by assisting their family as well as the educators and schools. 3. Fatal Crash: After a boat crash late Saturday night sent the driver of a Stingray missing in the waters of the Navesink River, a search was launched that lasted into the morning hours. 4. Too Hot to Handle: Emergency responders have reported treating more than 300 persons for heat exhaustion during a concert at Monmouth Park racetrack Sunday afternoon. They said that 19 persons had to be taken from the scene to nearby hospitals, as of 5:05 pm Sunday. Warped Tour promoter Kevin Lyman said that ambulances had been stationed at the scene largely as a precaution against the continuing heat wave.
