Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low around 28 degrees. It will be breezy with a west wind between 17 and 24 mph.

2. Earthy Scholar: For the second year, the Rumson Garden Club has a scholarship up for grabs. The scholarship is available for a student who has shown interest in any area of horticulture, landscape design, or environmental studies including conservation, marine sciences, or earth science.
