1. Rain, Rain: According to the National Weather Service, today will be rainy with a high near 48 degrees. There will be a calm wind becoming south between 8 and 11 mph. Tonight the rain continures with a low around 37 degrees and a south wind 9 to 11 mph becoming west.

3. Firework Fizzle: The spark has gone out for Independence Day celebrations in the Two River Area. The KaBoom Fireworks show has been cancelled. Rumson's Mayor John Ekdahl told Patch Wednesday that with , his town will lose its volume discount on fireworks and possibly gain a volume of crowds the little borough couldn't handle. 4. Promise Land: Are you a Bruce Fan? Are you looking for something fun to do this weekend? A major new photo exhibit will open Friday, Feb. 17 at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia featuring photos of the Boss' life.. The exhibit, From Asbury Park to the Promised Land: The Life and Music of Bruce Springsteen, was previously on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland.
