3. False Alarm: Police confirmed yesterdat that a text message alert sent to some area Verizon mobile devices warning of an impending civil defense emergency was untrue. This fake message caused phones at local police departments to ring off the hook throughout the afternoon with people looking for some answers. Click to read more about this incident.

4. French Fun: The French National Honors Society hosted their second annual “Nuit Francophone” in the (RFH) cafeteria. 5. Congrats Bulldogs! The Asbury Park Press announced their All-Shore teams this weekend. Jack Eisenstadt, a senior on the defensive line, and Matt Jewett, the RFH senior lineman, both made the team. Marissa Stefanelli, a senior forward, made the Field Hockey team. Junior Rachel Christ and Senior Shannon McCarthy made the Girls Cross Country team along with their freshman teammate, Hannah Anderson. Kate Fahey, a freshman, made the All-Shore Girls Tennis team.
