Time to Spring Clean Your Relationships by Madeline M. Muise, LCSW

A sunny day in spring is so welcoming after a cold, snowy winter filled with dreary days. We have an urge to dust the cobwebs and rake out the yard - what about your relationships?

Have you been irritable, depressed, lacking energy or joy?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is exactly the moment to take action.

First concentrate on yourself. Get some exercise, put on some spring colors and buy a bunch of daffodils.

Then, it's time to focus on your relationships. Remember, your mood affects everyone around you.

Spring is a great season to "make some amends. Cook a great dinner. Plan a fun family activity. Create some special time for you and your spouse.

Yes, I know spring is a busy time with a lot of activities, but your relationship is important. Relationships need constant tending to remind those we love that they are special to us.

It’s spring!

Rejuvenate!
