New Jersey Monthly named it's 16 favorite Italian restaurants in the state and two local restaurants made the list.

in Rumson was recognized for it's pizza, pasta and wine. in Sea Bright also made list with recognition for it's seafood, steaks and chops. They described the restaurant as magnificent, "with its dark interior, close tables and sociable noise, Anjelica’s feels more like a restaurant in southern Italy than at the Jersey Shore."
