Kind Burgers, Happy R-FH Area Fans

The Sandy-afflicted burger joint that came to Fair Haven from Sea Bright opens tomorrow.

There's some beefy, sizzling restaurant news ready to be served up in Fair Haven.

After months of recovery from Hurricane Sandy sidelining its new Sea Bright business, Kind Burgers is re-opening at its transplant River Road location on Friday.

Anthony and Yvette Cafaro, of Rumson, found the Fair Haven spot where Le Fandy used to sit a few months ago and have been revamping the inside and readying it for cooking up their specialty burgers and more.

Fans of the place that serves up fresh, not frozen, angus, bison, turkey, lamb and veggie burgers and dirty water hot dogs on gluten-free buns have been following the Cafaros' progress. And, Yvette says, her and her husband are thrilled to be at the grill again.

"Both Anthony and I are thrilled to be in Fair Haven and look forward to serving some of our best customers right in their back yards," she said.
New on the menu, Yvette said, will be shakes, regular and dairy-free and chicken burgers — the farm-fresh ones from Sickles Market.

As of Friday, fans can get their Kind Burgers fix again starting at 11 a.m., when the doors open.
