Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will be opening at the Monmouth Mall in February.
A countdown on the restaurant's website shows that the restaurant will be opening in 24 days, or somewhere around Feb. 10.
Firebirds specializes in aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and ribs, cooked on a wood-fired grill. The steaks are hand-cut daily, the menu boasts. The restaurant will also have a liquor license. It will be located next to Noodles and Company
The Monmouth Mall location will be 30th location to open in the country and the second in New Jersey. A Firebirds opened in Moorestown last year.
