Salt Creek Grille is pleased to announce its Duckhorn Vineyards Wine Tasting Dinner, Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 7 p.m. Duckhorn Vineyards has spent more than 30 years establishing itself as one of North America's premier producers of Bordeaux varietal wines. Through the years Duckhorn has accumulated numerous awards for its wines from its seven estate vineyards. Winemaker Bill Nancarrow is dedicated to making wines that reflect the unique character and quality of the vineyards. He strives to understand the needs and opportunities presented by each specific terroir and microclimate. The result is amazing wines that pair beautifully with a special menu created by Executive Chef Bob Belt. The dinner is an incredible value at $89 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are required, call 732.933.9272.
“Our Executive Chef Bob Belt is a devoted wine enthusiast,” explained Bidgood. “Chef Bob has done a terrific job pairing our culinary delights, exclusive from our regular menu, with the featured wine’s profile,” said Bidgood. “Our wine dinners like our restaurant’s concept feature sophisticated tastes served in a fun, casual atmosphere with stunning waterfront views,” said Bidgood.
