Which came first, the coffee or the baby?
The baby, this time.
By now, it's a safe bet that everyone in the Rumson-Fair Haven area knows that Booskerdoo Fresh Roasted Coffee Co. is coming soon to Fair Haven.
They also probably know that Booskerdoo owners James and Amelia Caverly were expecting a baby. The couple had said they plan on opening their new branch of the popular coffee stop on River Road sometime in March, depending on the when the baby decided to make his or her entrance into the world.
Well, the baby came before the new java spot opening. The couple yesterday announced the arrival of baby Claire Linda Caverly on Valentine's Day. Baby Claire weighed in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 19.5 inches in length.
According to the Caverlys, she has a "Geometric Cute Scale reading of 89, and that scale only goes up to 50!"
James had said that he expected the store to open about the same time the baby arrived. Well, how much longer 'til the coffee's on? Probably a couple of weeks or less.
Congratulations to James and Amelia Caverly! Welcome to the world, little Claire!
